A review of the specifications will be conducted, and the big packages arranged in a logical manner. Detailed scope sheets for each trade will be prepared. The subcontractor will be tied to the general conditions, contract completion and special conditions of the project. Gaps will be identified so the scopes of each subcontractor fits with the scope of all others. This is an important process to eliminate unwanted change orders later. The goal is to have all scopes fit seamlessly together.
